      Hello again : ) Well got the display but no sound... I have tried to add audio_pwm_mode=1 to the Retropie config file but no sound. Maybe it's the way I am adding it..

      Once Retropie is loaded, I go into Rasp Pi Config and try and select the 3.5mm jack in the menu it does not appear, only HDMI. Do I have to add it to a Rasp Pi config file as well?

      How do I get audio_pwm_mode=1 added to the Retropie/Raspberry Pi config files so I can get sound?

      Build:

      RGR SS Mini for CM4 Lite - Carrier Baord
      CM4 Lite 2G
      Both RaspberryPi and Retropie are latest releases available.

      Thank you

        Please post your config.txt file.
        You can find the file on the boot partition, accessible from a PC when you insert your sdcard or - if you have SSH access to your Pi - in the /boot folder.

            @mitu - did you update the config file? If yes, no 3.5mm jack appears as an option to use when going into Raspi-config or Retropie Setup when using the config info from this tread. If no, my apologies.

              @ddragunsun I just added the code tags (```) around the content you posted.
              The analog output is usually activated by

              dtparam=audio=on

              but you already had that option added (and it's part of RetroPie's default anyway).

              Looking at the setup page, which I posted in your previous post, I see you forgot to add the

              dtoverlay=audremap,pins_18_19

              which enables the PWM analog audio through GPIO ping pins 18,19.

              Can you add the line to your config.txt, reboot and see if you get the analog audio enabled ?

                @mitu said in Retropie 3.5mm Jack No Sound:

                dtoverlay=audremap,pins_18_19

                VOLUME!!! Thank you
