retropie splash controller screen, remove it?

Hello, I was messing around with retropie/retroarch, and trying to revert back to its original state. I have RPi3 model B+ with latest version of Retropie. This pops up when ever I choose any game or emu at start.
After that, the game begins. I'm not talking about the dualshock controller prompt msg in the lower left corner.
Does anyone know how to revert back to normal or not see this message every time? it only appears for a mere 2 seconds.

Anyway just to confirm........ i have set ""menu_show_load_content_animation" to false on my current retroarch.cfg and it's work. This info bar has turned off.
