I'm trying to complete a game on the ZX Spectrum using Fuse, but I've run into a problem. I've completed the portion of the game on side 1 of the tape, but now I need to transfer a save to side 2 so I can pick up where I left off. I have no idea how to do this (I've never been a spectrum user...this game is my first attempt), and try as I might, I haven't been able to find any information on this. Based on what I'm looking at, I THINK the game is asking me to "record" my save by telling me to "Start tape and press a key." I don't know what to do here. And once I've done it, what do I do to access it on the side 2 TAP file? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Start tape and press a key.png

I've been playing a text-based game (Legend) on the ZX Spectrum. I've done everything I want to do on the first side of the tape, and am ready to do the other side. The game is asking me if I want to save the data for the next part of the game. How can I retrieve that save for the second part of the game? I can say yes, it it looks like it is saving, but when I load side 2 and look for the save, the game gives me an error. Any ideas? The good news is I'll still be able to play side 2, but I'd really rather bring along the save if I can.

            Hi,

Did you ever find a solution for this in the end?

            Cheers
