Retroflag GPI Case 2 Dock Controller

Hello,
I have a challange with the Retroflag GPI Case 2 Docking station. All is working fine and i see Retropi start menue on my TV but can
t use it there because my SNES (USB) Controller wont be detected. But on TV i can`t use the Retroflag as controller too. If i use Retoflag outside the Dock all works fine. Maybe someone has an idea how to fix it? The Controller got electric Power from the Dock but that is all.
