Script to launch EM menu in Attract mode

Good Day All! I have been search day and night to find a solution that works for my RetroPie 3B build. I have seen very similiar situations but tried and they have all failed. What I am tryiing to do is access same menu options (wifi, audio, file manager, bluetooth etc) menu options in Attract mode. I have the setup folder in Roms, all the art work to go along with it. All looks great but I get nothing with I click on any of the menu options. I know I need some sort of script to make this happen for sure. I do see the .sh/.rd files in /home/pi/retropie/setup folder. When I open the .sh most are blank? I have tried adding scripts from others on this forum but does not work. Files are where they should be, I think I am using the wrong exe command (/bin/bash) for setup emulator? Either way, I wanted to ask if anyone has a solution. Appreciate the time and efforts of everyone on here. Its helped get me to this point.
