As per this guide I cloned RetroPie repository with:

      git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup.git

then I launched the script with sudo ./retropie_setup.sh.

I can't see Quick Install under Basic Install, I can build only from source, why? I'm using Raspberry Pi 4

You're probably using an unsupported OS/OS Release.

Raspberry Pi OS 32 bit is an unsupported version? This one?

Thats correct. Debian 11 (Bullseye) is not yet suppprted. Use this one instead (legacy Debian 10 (Buster) version.) Only Debian 10 (Buster) is supported at this time.

Thanks, I'll build them form source code and I'll report the results here
