      Retropie 4.8.2, after an update, it no longer opens the roms contained in the sfc folder and gives me the absence of configuration error for the sfc system. Has anyone encountered this problem before? how did you solve it? I tried to install the emulators again but it didn't solve anything, I repeated the system update hoping it would solve nothing. any solution?

        Did you manually add a sfc system in the /etc/emulationstatiom/es_systems.cfg? If so when you update it overwrites that file and would undo changes you’ve made. If you’re talking about the default snes system then I wouldn’t know.

          @WhiteT982 no, i didn't add anything.
          if you tell me how to do it, I'll add the system to the es_system file

              @windg just a question since i don't have much knowledge, but isn't the sfc system that of snes? I'm now reading how to create a system tell me if it's ok? SFC should be snes if I'm not mistaken
              <system>
              <name>sfc</name>
              <fullname>SuperNintendo</fullname>
              <path>/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/sfc</path>
              <extension>.7z .bin .bs .smc .sfc .fig .swc .mgd .zip .7Z .BIN .BS .SMC .SFC .FIG .SWC .MGD .ZIP</extension>
              <command>/opt/retropie/supplementary/runcommand/runcommand.sh 0 SYS snes %ROM%</command>
              <platform>snes</platform>
              <theme>snes</theme>
              </system>

                @windg raspberry pi 3 b+ model
                power supply suitable for the pi
                built from the official site
                retropie version 4.8.2
                buster operating system
                when I start the rom contained in the sfc folder it tells me that it cannot find the configuration for the sfc system

                  @22marco77

                  I check my system and i don't have a sfc folder or system. You have to put your snes roms into the snes folder, their must be one. If it is not there create it.
