      Hi,
      i've installed retropie according to the installation guide on a freshly installed debian 11 on a amd64 thin client and moved some roms over.

      i configured my gamepad, which workd fine on retropie on a RPI that died a few month ago. It's a Logitech F310

      Bus 002 Device 003: ID 046d:c216 Logitech, Inc. F310 Gamepad [DirectInput Mode]

      That's just a basic USB-HID gamepad and i've tested with another generic gamepad as well.

      So when plugging in the gamepad the usual setup in emulation station starts.
      The pad works fine in Emulation station and in the CLI config menues.

      But when launching a emulator (tried with GB, GBA, NES, SNES) there is a message at the bottom left saying

      ️"Logitch Logitech Dual Action (1130/49686) not configured"

      And i can't control anything with the gamepad from here.

      What can i do to resolve this?

      ️

        Open /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads/Logitch Logitech Dual Action.cfg and add:

        input_vendor_id = "1130"
        input_product_id = "49686"

        make sure the numbers correspond to what's shown on-screen (is it 49686 or 49695 ?).

          that worked. THANKS!
          yes it was 49686 for product id but i had a typo for vendor id, that's 1133 instead if 1133.

          Thank you very much!
