Slow download speeds of Buster dependencies.

I am opening this topic because i am trying to identified if it is a common issue or something with my internet connection. I have days that i am trying to update my system but some Buster packages takes abnormal a lot of time to download and this affect the time to install a emulator or update the system (3 hours to install yabashanshiro).
This is not a issue with RetroPie or RetroPie server. I think is with the mirror server that some Raspberry files used. So far my internet connection don't have download issues.
Does someone else have the same issue ? Thanks.
EDIT: It looks that the slowdown comes from this mirror server : http ://quantum-mirror.hu/

I try to install 2 times yabashashiro, but it fails, after a lot of minutes of downloading.
This is RPi4, Official psu, RetroPie 4.8.2 install with Raspberry Pi imager.

Everything is working fine again, i believe that my internet connection had some issue for a period time.
