Information and updates on the Carbon theme.

Carbon Theme update: 2.0.4

• Added Turbo Grafx 16 CD theme
• Added PC Engine CD-ROM² theme
• Added Super Grafx theme
• Centered meta-data in boxes and removed meta data descriptors
• Allowed a little more room for gamelist names and they scroll properly

Note: TG16CD, PCECD, and Super Grafx are included as themes. They are not included in the core RetroPie package; you will need to edit your es_systems.cfg to add these systems and point to the correct theme folders. They are tg-cd for 'Turbo Grafix 16 CD', pce-cd for 'PC Engine CD-ROM²', and supergrafx for 'Super Grafx.'

Hmm, going to try adding some of the new features to Carbon that are being requested. Maybe take advantage of some of the new things we can theme. Just toying around right now. I TOTALLY DO NOT have enough of these controllers finished. Only done like 15. And won't be done any time soon. LOL.

UPDATE: Seems a team is already adding features to Carbon. So I'll get in touch and see if they need a hand. Jools still prefers the outline vector graphics and doesn't want the colored ones.
