Boot directly into Amiga?

I had this harebrained idea to stuff a Raspberry Po into an Amiga case. I have been looking at how to connect the keyboard but I would love for the Po (using retropie of course) to boot directly into the UAE emulator and start with a default configuration? I'd still like to be able to quit into other emulators but would love to see it start as an Amiga.
Is this even doable?

@smartroad Have you been able to get UAE setup with a full color workbench? I've only been able to get B&W, I know I am missing something small.

you can launch uae4all or uae4arm before or instead oF ES if you like. On RetroPire 4.0 you can edit

If someone wanted to boot directly into mame on ES, the only way currently is to have just mame enabled and nothing else.
