Problem with accessing retropie by WinSCP but not with explorer "\\retropie"

Hi everyone,
after a long time i want to add some games in my retropie.
The problem is that i can access to it with explorer from windows searching "\ip address" and after putting username and password, but when i try to use WinSCP or Putty they say Access Denied after i put my password.
Can someone help me?

Do you have the SSH enable from the raspi-config > Interfacing Options menu?
If it is enable, then, try to restart the router and the pi, maybe this will help.
