With the keyboard, what happens when you press F4 then type this

        cd~
        cd RetroPie-Setup
        sudo ./retropie_setup.sh

        Pi 5 4GB

Retroflag GPI with raspberry pi zero 2 w/ wifi

Maybe because the keyboard by default is using the UK English and not USA. You can change this from raspi-config .

Anyway, just type the following to open retropie-setup from command line :

            cd RetroPie-Setup
            sudo ./retropie_setup.sh

I saw that you have some issues with the current setup that aren't common. If you can, try a fresh install of retropie and start again step by step to configure your system( don't forget to update it). Also, It's important to take a look on the official Docs: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/ . It will take you few minutes to read it but it will save you a lot of troubles.

My English isn't at a good level.

@harelnaveh10 yeah sorry the ~ (tilde) key when using with cd takes you back to your home directory, but in fairness on the pi, chances are when you hit F4 you're probably already in the home directory. So just use @windg 's option and it'll give us the same output. Assuming you'll get some kind of error as it does the same as selecting Retropie Setup from the GUI
