I have a raspberry pi 3b And I’m running the latest version of retro pie and emulation station. I use the cab snazzy theme with the latest emulation update, which I have to have for my Pixelcade I get this SVG Error. I was wondering if anybody had any clue on how I could fix this. It does not interfere with the system. It’s just an annoying pop-up before the game and that shut down. “Lv10: Error parsing SVG image.”

What's the exact name of the theme and the EmulationStation version (latest is relative) ? RetroPie only includes the 'snazzy' theme, I can't find a cab snazzy theme in our repository.

Probably because of this change, where the author of the theme inadvertently uploaded some .png fileas as .svg. You can try reporting the error to the author so it's fixed upstream - you'll probably have to update the theme after it is fixed.

I'm experiencing the same issue. The ".svg" file from your Custom theme in the ES Theme menu isn't being recognized. You can uninstall the custom theme, but you must choose a new one before proceeding with the uninstall. You shouldn't see this message when you boot into a Rom.
