Anyone here able to get PieMarquee2 from github working on second screen marquee (Please guide me if so)

Hello all,
Was anyone here able to get the below working? I would love some guidance if so. So far with my marquee screen connected to the second hdmi I have seen nothing show up on it while on the retropie configuration menu item.
Should I have something showing on the second screen while selecting the menu item just spoken of. (Nor at each reboot)
I will be adding roms and some additional artwork in the proper directories this evening.
The marquee screen I am using is linked below. It has a resolution of 1280*390
One thing I am not certain of is how to modify this line that says may need to be entered on the autostart.sh file and how do I know if I even need to modify the file.
