Pressing button on runcommand isn't opening up the menu in the documentation (emulator selection), its opening retroarch for some reason.

Is there a way to get the subject fixed?
The documentation is saying pushing a button on the runcommand screen should open up a default emulator selection for arcade. In my case, it is kicking me into the configuration for retroarch.
I am going into the arcade area and retropie is automatically selecting fbneo. I am not getting an option to choose between emulators when going into the runcommand. (Even though I do see others installed by looking at Retropie Setup. (ex. lrmame2003
Hoping someone can help me get this fixed.
