I have 1 8bitdo 2.4g c controller with usb dongle. it works flawlessly.
i bought a second one and it will not recognize it at all.

      Troubleshooting so far:
All controllers and dongles are up to date firmware and both the working and non-working are on the same version.
Attempted to boot up with 2nd controller and it will not recognize it. Dongle powers up and connects to controller, just no input recognized. When i plug in the working one it is recognized immediately and works.
I am suspecting this second one may be defective. It works on my windows 11 system though.

      Setup

      Raspberry pi model 3b+
      Raspberry pi official pwer supply
      Retropie 4.8.5
      installed from raspberry pi imager
      Updated after install
Controller is 8bitdo 2.4g c controller with usb dongle

Do you have 2 dongles - one for each controller - or are you trying to get both controllers working with the same USB dongle ? I don't think the latter may be supported.
