Controller Problem

I'm having difficulties, as my controller works perfectly fine in the menu, but once I start a game, the controller stops responding. As seen in the attached image, the controller is correctly displayed on Port 1. Thank you.

Ich habe Schwierigkeiten, da mein Controller im Menü einwandfrei funktioniert, aber sobald ich ein Spiel starte, reagiert der Controller nicht mehr. Wie im beigefügten Bild ersichtlich, wird der Controller korrekt auf Port 1 angezeigt. Vielen Dank

Please add more details about your setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. There's no need for adding also a German translation, this is an English forum.
The controller seems to be recognized, what inputs are not working ? From the screenshot, it looks like you started an arcade game - those kind of games will usually not register your inputs until you add a 'Coin' (which is usually set to the Select button in RetroPie/Libretro cores).
