The Juiced.GS mag has compiled a weighted list of Apple II emulators.

Applewin is placed 2nd in the review in the category best emulators.

I am using Applewin for a while successfully esp. as it provides a libretro core, is no fuss to setup and runs smooth on a Raspberry Pi.

      Enjoy.

@Lolonois I am going to try building it on a non Pi arm machine (vero) based on Debian. Hoping it will build there.

@Lolonois AppleWin works great under libretro on the OSMC vero, great job! My games run fine. One thing I wished it supported under libretro is assigning keyboard keys to the controller. As you know, many Apple 2 games relied (even if they supported joystick) on some keyboard keys. It would be much nicer to not have a keyboard as that's not very convenient. The games I play are not keyboard exclusive. They just need some keyboard commands, like control -a to abort a stuck level in Loderunner, etc.
