Reicast crashes when selecting video mode, both 50hz and 60hz crashes.

I have setup standalone Reicast. When I launch Sonic Adventure 2, it runs until it goes to the video mode selection screen, It then crashes as soon as I pick one of the options, 50hz or 60hz, I have tried multiple bioses and copies of Sonic Adventure 2 but no matter what it doesnt work.
