Tricky choose controller order.

RPi3
Official PSU
RetroPie 4.8.6 Buster (installed from pi imager)
Gamepads: Logitech F710,F310
Pi keyboard

I am trying to change the controller order from configuration editor, my settings are :

1    0  (Logitech Gamepad F310)
2    1  (Logitech Gamepad F710)
3         
4

But my first controller is still the F710, what i am doing wrong? Thanks

I found a solution from older post. I changed controller order from RA menu and use an override, it's working.
