Can you add UI sounds to your RetroPie theme?

I'm interested in making a Dreamcast theme for RetroPie that includes the Dreamcast's UI sounds - however, in the section of the documentation covering creating a RetroPie theme, I don't see anything about adding UI sounds. Is it possible to add them to my theme?

Right now only 'scroll' sound is available - see here in addition to the Creating Your Own EmulationStation Theme page from our docs.
