      Hello people,

      Hey there,
      I bought an 8BitDo Ultimate C 2.4G Wireless Controller on AliExpress but it is not being recognized on my notebook (Windows 11). When i turn the controller on without plugging the dongle on the usb entry the controller´s LED starts blinking. However, when i connect the dongle automatically the LEDs goes solid and the computer doesn't recognize the cont. I tried holding the view (-) button for a few seconds but it doesnt help, the controller doesn't even starts blinking. Even tho my computer recognizes the dongle (Ultimate C 2.4G Wireless Controller) it doesnt stablishes a connection with the control.
      Can you help me please?

        If it has a dongle, then it's not a Bluetooth contrller. If it's not working with a PC, then the dongle/controller may be fake or defective. Complain to the vendor and ask for a replacement/RMA.
