      Pi Model or other hardware:pi 4 b 8gb ram
      Power Supply used: power supply provided from Cana kit
      RetroPie Version Used (4.8
      Built From: (Pre made SD Image on retropie website
      USB Devices connected: Microsoft keyboard

      I’m on a pi 4 8gb with the latest version of retropie downloaded All of my core and optional packages are up to date as well I recently switched my roms from the sd to usb and when I did the entire psp library dissapeared and doesn’t show on es unless I turn on parse games list and when on the aracde list dissapears from the Home Screen

        Please add some info about your setup, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

        Can you check whether your psp ROM folder on the USB drive has some files in it ? Looks like the folder is empty and that's why you don't get anything for that system. If you turn on parse gamelist only, EmulationStation doesn't look at all at the folder's contents and only shows that is recorded in the system's gamelist.xml file - this means that if you're going to add or remove a game, this change will not be shown in EmulationStation.

          @mitu I had actually found out later in the evening I completely deleted the psp games and it was showing them because games.xl file was still there

            @mitu I am however now running into issues with my ssh I have used ssh maybe twice since I got the pi which was several years ago now . I changed the password and tried using pi as username and I keep getting acces denied on my MacBook I’m not sure what’s happening maybe I don’t have permissions

              OK, for which account did you change the password and how did you exactly changed it (command line, UI,etc.) ?

                @mitu I have resolved my issue it boiled down to two things 1) someone told me to make sure that the keyboard on retropie was set to U.S. which it was not and 2) I was trying to share files through ftp and not sftp. thank you for help
