As per topic title. Would this be possible to do in a similar way to PC Engine/Turbografx16 as seen here on the wiki:

      https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/PC-Engine#advanced-configuration

I sthere an svg image for the Mega CD logo contained within RetroPie to do this?

My best advise would be to go find your own MegaCD svg image and place it in the theme you are currently using. To do this you need root access to the pi, guide here:

        https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-i-ssh-as-root-anymore

        And
        A) To edit the theme.xml file to show the name of your new file
        B) rename your new file to the same thing as the old file, probly system.svg or controller.svg

Let me know how this works for you.

Bonus SVG Pic you can cut up and maybe use:

          Thanks for the info.

It's a pity there isn't a Sega CD and a Mega CD roms folder, like there is for Megadrive and Genesis. This would save people having to edit config files etc. if they are not comfortable doing so. Same could be said for PC Engine and Turbografx16.
