Hypseus issue on Pi 5 Build...

I have installed Hypseus from scratch on a new Pi 5 build. I have about 60 games set up, all of them work just fine, except for DLE and SAE. I have grabbed the latest framework folders from github, tried everything I can think of. These two games work just fine on my Pi 4 build, but I cannot get them to run on the Pi 5. Here's the error log that I'm getting:

The path here seems weird, is not a path defined in recent vanilla LUA, have you altered it:

Also, have you updated it from the LUA repo since the move from the Pi4 ?
If you are moving from an older install, it maybe the LUA just needs an update.

I see lots of MPEG data file *.dat is outdated and has to be created again! - which means you're coming from an old version.

I've tried to recreate your error with repo LUA and the RPi build and I can't, so I think it's probably just out of date LUA for the Framework and the games.

You are probably aware of this, but just in case.
The Frameworks should be installed alongside the other games, but WITHOUT the .daphne extension:

 /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/daphne/Framework
 /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/daphne/FramwworkKimmy
 /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/daphne/SAe.daphne

Framework is a reserved word (when used with -retropath, as RetroPie does), and does not need .daphne. This is so it doesn't appears as a game called "Framework" in ES. Same with any folder with that exact case word spelling within it (i.e. FrameworkKimmy).

@DirtBagXon Thank you for your help. I went back, started completely from scratch, re-downloaded EVERYTHING from the retropie-setup script and the github and now it all works. So something must not have been playing well with the others! lol But it all works now. Thanks again for everything! As someone who has owned several LD cabinets over the years this part of RetroPie will always be something special for me!

Hypseus will just use SDL2 to identify the screen logical size and then format for fullsize using those dimensions. Sounds like something is defining a small screen parameter that SDL is detecting here. What is in the logs, particularly the Viewport Stats line, but all of it would be useful.

Unless you are specifying -x and -y parameter in the .commands file....

Need to see what's in that .commands file, but if you provide the full log it will have that information in, in any case.

The Hypseus intro seems to be fullscreen but not the game itself.

I see nothing interesting in the log. It's not detailed. Where is the file to set screensize and where can I use -x and -y?

Unfortunately, that tells me nothing, you need to run the following command, via ssh, just after the game has run:

Ok, there it is black and white, you are forcing the resolution, presumably in the .commands file, with the -x and -y arguments.

You need to remove those arguments from your .commands files.

Thanks, it works.
I found the error. On my Pi4, I was with Daphne and each rom had a preset for the screen. With Hypseus, I no longer need this setup because it is "fullscreen" by default. This is a transition error between Daphne and Hypseus. Thanks for the support. Does Hypseus support MP4 format?
