VGA666RGBS 480i For Kodi

I've got a 3 B+ and a VGA666RGBS Pi Hat from Retro Game Restore. I have 240p working fine, but I'm mainly using this to play SD video content via Kodi (I'm in North America by the way, so 720x480i).
These are the settings I've added to my config file:
disable_audio_dither=1 dtparam=audio=on dtoverlay=vga666 enable_dpi_lcd=1 display_default_lcd=1 dpi_group=2 dpi_mode=87 hdmi_timings=320 1 16 30 34 240 1 2 3 22 0 0 0 60 0 6400000 1 #240pI know hdmi_mode 6 exists, but I can't get the hat to output 480i that way. I'm assuming I need to use a custom timing for it.
Anyone have any ideas?
(Also, this Pi Hat has jacks for audio, but I get no audio from them. Not a priority for me, since I can use the onboard headphone jack, but it would be nice to have that solved too).
