      Hello, I have figured out how to set a fast-forward button from the RetroArch menu, but how can I add this globally instead of doing it for all cores individually?

        I think you can add the input_fast_forward_hold_btn or input_fast_forward_hold_axis or input_fast_forward_toggle_axis or input_fast_forward_toggle_btn setting in your controller profile in /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/autoconfig.

          Thank you for your reply. I tried it, but it didn't work. I also tried adding the line to the retroarch.cfg file, but without luck either.

            @ionx sorry it's toggle_fast_forward, not fast_forward_toggle. So for example, this works for me in my controller autoconfig:

            input_toggle_fast_forward_axis = "+5"

            Then I press hotkey + R2(trigger) and the game goes into FFWD until I press the hotkey combo a second time.
