Ive built a desktop arcade using some buttons and a great little joystick. It all works really well and configured just right.

I have a 12-year old son though! He has suggested a game controller (playstation syle in case Ive got the lingo wrong!) and for some games its much better to use. Ive looked into it and there are plenty out there which will work.

The problem I have though is the configureation. At the moment, Ive got the 2 in-built joysticks and buttons configured as player 1 and 2. If I buy a game controller, I dont want to have to configure each game each time I use it and wondered if there was a quick and easy way to switch between the 'built-in' configuration and a game controller.

At the moment, Im considering just using 2 SD cards, one for each configuration but that seems a bit much.

      Any ideas welcome!
