Rpi zero w with Gpi Case no sound

I installed the GPi-Patch from the RetroFlag page without success. I modified the config.txt file to remove the "#" from dtparam=audio=on, but I still don't get any results. I hope you can help me. I have another image with an earlier version of RetroPie (4.5), and the audio works correctly.
