Does retropie support retroshooter lightguns?

Hi I apologize if this has been answered I did my best to find a answer, but does retropie support lightguns from retroshooter? I believe they use IR tracking like gun4ir

RetroPie is just a Linux installation underneath - if GUN4IR works on Linux, then it should work on RetroPie also. There's no built-in integration though, so installation/configuration is all up to you.

@mitu Hi, so it works with batocera v39 and above and registers as a mouse so you said its based on linux so in theory it should work on pie as well if I can get it to work would you guys implement my settings in a future build to help people like me if its not currently plug and play? if not I am not going to worry about it and just use batocera as I upgraded my cabinet to a gaming pc if you would I will start working on it once it gets here
