      Greetings!

I'm battling with Dreamcasts lr-flycast core autoload function which is crucial for our project.
It is my understanding after troubleshooting it for 2 full days that the feature is broken, as confirmed by similar forum posts and github issue posts. Afaik it has something to do with lr-flycast failing to autoload before the core is properly loaded.

As I've no experience in scripting and couldn't find any info online, I tried utilizing ChatGPT to write me a script that manually loads a savestate a few seconds after the core utilizes but nothing worked.

I'd like to get some help guiding me towards creating a script or a similiar solution that either delays the autoload function or one that manually loads a savestate after the core has properly loaded.
The latter would probably be preferable as the autoload feature is starting to get traumatizing :')

Full filepaths and commands would be appreciated as I've no experience in scripting besides basic config editing.

        ----- SOLUTION FOUND -----
Posting a solution here for any CTRL+F heroes

Retroarch Quick Menu > Core Options > HLE BIOS = ON

I don't know what the setting even does, I'm just glad autoload actually works now.
Gonna put some tags below for search engines to pick up on:

lr-flycast, flycast, autoload, auto-load, auto load, crash, savestate, black screen, saves, saving, loading, loads
