Hello, I have a Raspberry Pi 3 model B that had RetroPie set up on it years ago. Now, I'm looking to install new emulators and ROMS (specifically Sega CD and Dreamcast), but I have no idea where to start. I don't know how to properly connect it to my pc, or how to install emulators and ROMs on it. The method I'm trying to use to connect it is via an ethernet cable, because I somehow don't have a USB cable that can plug into both the pi and the pc. If somebody could point me in the right direction on both accessing the Raspberry Pi files and installing emulators and ROMs that would be great.
