Reworked Amiga CD32 Wireframe Controller and Logo for Carbon Theme

FWIW, I have reworked the Amiga CD32 artwork for carbon that was never shared but often reqeusted [1].
Find the files in the PR for the es-carbon-2021-theme [2]. They should also work for the older carbon theme.
The coloring is according to the "CD32 Developer Notes": Pantone / PMS 485 for "Amiga" and "32" and white for "CD".

PS: Don't forget to grab a ticket for an Amiga festival (the Amiga 1000 debuted 40 years ago) later this year. I guess at least in US (AmiWest), UK (Kickstart 2.0) and Germany (Amiga 40) there will be events.

Thanks for the changes, they've been integrated into the theme.
I'll add them later to the 'nometa' and 'centered' variants of the theme.
