      Due to not having a ready-made image for the Raspberry Pi 5, I had to do the installation manually, so far so good, but as you can see in the photo, it doesn’t have the default theme, the Homebrews that come pre-installed, and the only menu is this ‘retropie.’ Any idea what to do?

        Apart from the - partially - missing theme, there's nothing wrong here, RetroPie doesn't install anything extra (Hombrews ? not sure what does it mean).
        Re-install the emulationstation and retropiemenu packages and - if you still have issues - post the installation log taken from $HOME/RetroPie-Setup/logs. Since the installation log is quite large, please use pastebin.com for it.

          @mitu I did what you recommended and it worked! The interface is working as it should.
