Some games not working

Hello I have a odroid type system (n64) that I ordered from this site and some of the games are not loading what can I do? Also I am not a computer person

Return the system and / or ask for your money back. We don't offer support for 3rd party systems, especially the ones sold and pre-loaded with ROMS.
