Anyone knows what to do? I updated the update script, then ran the update. Everything seems fine until reboot, where I now get this message after a few seconds (after the spashscreen):

Corrupt filesystem / faulty or fake sdcard.

Re-Download the image, try writing it again. If no luck try another sdcard.

I missed the bit where you said it was an update - It look as though you installed it as the root user - which is wrong. I would start from a fresh image (after backing up your configs). Your amiga folder is not accessible - because the filesystem is corrupt or there is a permissions issue.

@BuZz Hm, ok, thanks for your help.
Is there any way of repairing these errors?

And if not, how do I make sure not to install as root user? I've followed the instructions to run the setup with
"It can also be accessed from the terminal with sudo ~/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_setup.sh" as told in the Upgrade instructions on the wiki.

Did you enable the root account and login as root ?

You should install from the "pi" user

It would be easier to do a fresh install than debugging this imho, as you will want to reinstall from the correct user.
