Just jumping here trying to help. I don't know if you already read it, but there is a how-to about adding data/media to Screenscraper:
[How To] ScreenscraperIf you are logged in, you can see in the box and label textures a flat template to download. The 3D box is automatically generated from the flat image.

Will you be making Mega CD Pal cases at all,I just tried it and its mostly US Sega CD cases..:(..??

You just need to add the missing box arts to the dabase and don't struggle anymore... you will be able to scrape it correctly for the eternity.

I'm digging through google for a few days now trying to find any good C64 3D box art (i'm desperate, lol).
please tell me there is a set of these somewhere?

i take anything if it is this level of quality, i'm just currently digging into C64
