I have placed the game roms in the intellivision folder.

I have placed the exex.bin and grom.bin in the BIOS Folder.

When I go to the Intellivision menu on the main screen it list the BIOS roms but no games.

Per the JZINTV intellivision info on the main site, Do I need to rename config files and add them to my rom folder?

That is a lot of config files! Has anyone done this already and can they share the work?

Is there anything else that needs to be done to be able to use the emulator?

      Thanks!

Did you install the Intellivision emulator ?

Please can you provide more details of "When I go to the Intellivision menu on the main screen it list the BIOS roms but no games." - please can you list where exactly you have copied files.

Also why did you post this, remove your post and post it again ? If the intention was to bump the topic - please do not do that and just wait for a reply.

          BuZz,

I reposted it as a question (re-worded and added question mark symbol., when re- reading the topic title , it sounded like I had figured out a way to get it working and i think that is why so many people were viewing it instead of making suggestions. It was not meant to move it up. I also added some additional info. As this is my first post , i did not see any way to edit it, is it possible/

The game roms are under roms/intellivision and the two bios roms are under retropie/BIOS.

When I view Intellivision from main menu it lists four games (they are not games) the two bios files i just added, Ivoice and i do not remember the other.

          Any ideas?

Sounds like you copied the BIOS files to the rom folder instead of the BIOS folder (or to both place). It should only list the files from roms/intellivision.

Regarding post - I don't think the topic wording was the problem - it's not a popular/common system and you didn't provide much information to aid with helping.

                  it's not a popular/common system

Talk like that is likely to incur the wrath of George Plimpton's spectral form. Some say that you can still hear his tortured, but dulcet voice comparing Intellivision's sports games to Atari's carried on the howling wind of the harvest season to this very day.

So I found exec.bin and grom.bin in both the BIOS and the ROM folder, so I removed them from the rom folder.

My game roms were also in zip format so i had to unzip them all and they are now .INT files.

Most of the games work (all the Mattel ones) but most of the 3rd party do not..

I will try adding the memory Config files like suggested in sidebar of the first installation menu.

I am using the SNES style gamepad along with a computer keyboard so I will have to config those .

                    thanks for the help.

My 8bitdo nes30 (non pro) controller works with the jzintv except hotkey function, did you edit a config or something?
I've never done such a thing...

@goldenhoof Do you mean a button to exit jzIntv? If so, then the following thread may be useful: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/7656/mapping-a-quit-button-to-a-gamepad-on-jzintv

Be sure to check the Docs for jzIntv on using keyboad hack files:
