dual Audio using 3.55 and HDMI

I was wondering if there was a way that allowed the sound to out put to the 3.55 jack and the hdmi at the same time.

Here is what the goal is that i want to do;
I want to hook up a LED strip to the 3.55 jack so everything something big happens the LEDs light to the game i have running while still having sound come from the HDMI that goes to the tv.

if you have another ideas to make the end goal possible that would be great too.

You'll need to create a type route sound output and direct both hardware outputs to it:
