Dualshock 4 controller wiki page rewritten

I did a complete rewrite of the PlayStation 4 Dualshock 4 controller wiki page.
It now contains instructions on using the controller with several different methods, and general usage and tips with the controller.

With this knowledge, I think these are a really good controller now, they're definitely my 2nd best recommended controller behind the Logitech F710.
