      Pi Model: RPI 2
      RetroPie Version Used: 3.8.1
      Using the latest rp-video-manger
Problem occurs ONLY on overlay images (not the shaders).

The default retro TV overlays that come with rp-vidoe-manger look great. In photoshop I changed the retro TV border but kept the same "glass screen" with tv-lines in the image. I did this for SNES, NES, Playstation and Sega Genesis. They each have their own overlay.

When my custom overlays display in emulationstation there are two faint white tv lines going through the overlay. I didn't change ANY pixels in the glass portion of the overlay and I made sure I used the correct default overlay file to customize.

Anyone know what might have caused this? Thank you!
