OpenPHT and Retropie

I have Retropie 4 up and running fine on my Pi3. Kodi also is running and working great, but I'm a Plex household. I'm wondering if anyone has installed and configured OpenPHT to launch and run similar to how Kodi is working? Could anyone assist?

RetroPie 4.1 was released and there should be openpht (x86 / x86_64 only) added to to experimental section.
however i couldn't find it there. -

As you wrote - it's X86/X86_64 only - ie PC not for the RPI.
