How can I put this xrick port to Ports?

I have stumbled upon this
http://choccyhobnob.com/xrick-for-raspberry-pi/I guess it is not the xRick that is offered from the RetroPie packages.
If so, how can I "install" it inside the Ports? what .sh do I need to build?
