I recently aquired some games for the Sega CD.. mostly fighting-games :)

now i see that every gamefolder has a lot of files, mostly ISOS/Bin etc..

can i zip theese to one file? - because the sega CD is supposed to be reading .Zip

or do i have to do something else to get it up and running?
