So I got two PS3 wireless controller.

When I connect only one of them (pressing the Playstation button at the middle), only one controller is connected.

But if I synch my second controller, something weird happen. Retroarch detect both controller, but my first controller control both Player 1 and Player 2 and my second controller doesn't do nothing.

      Pi Model: 3
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.0.3
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
      USB Devices connected: Keyboard
Controller used: Two PS3 wireless controller
Error messages received: None, but the message "PS3 controller configured on port #0 (and #1)" appear each two time (
      Emulator: All (NES, SNES etc.)
      Attachment of config files:

      Thank for your help,

      Elok

Does it make a difference if you unplug the keyboard ? Are these definitely games that use both controllers ? Have you changed any settings at all ?

For the sake of debugging please choose a specific emulator and game, and I will ask for some config files.

No unplugging the keyboard doesn't do anything.

Yes, and I've tryed multiple two player game on different system.

Well I was struggling to make my RPi3 detect my second controller so I've messed a lot with the config and I desinstalled/reinstalled the PS3 driver many time. I've messed with the retroarch config as well.

Let's take the SNES then, what file do you need (please give the path)

Hey, I had this same problem.
                  https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/4303/controller-1-controls-all-players/8

Nothing worked that I tried. Eventually I just reinstalled and magically everything just worked, no problem.
