      I am using Retropie 4.0.2 off of the SD card image on a pi3. I just hooked up a 2 sets of arcade joysticks and buttons. After going through the ES controller set up, everything works but as soon as I got into a menu, which ever controller i set up first, the joystick settings get all backwards. ( up is down / left is right) also the buttons stop working. These are USB Dragonrise controllers with their own controller boards. I can't find anywhere to fix this. I'm really new at all of this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
