      A good idea its to build by source a package, only if a new commit has done.

      When it build a package by source and It's succesfully, it
      can registry in some file of the package the id (hash) of commit.

      Then, before a new build, it can compare the last commit id with the saved on file, and if it's diferent, performance the new build. And skip the package build if not are equals.
