      Newbie to RetroPie here..

Just downloaded latest version from the website, then added ROMS into the proper folder. All I get on power up is the RETROPIE home screen with 13 games... I've only loaded Atari 2600 Roms that I know are good ( a friend is using them without issue), but the EMULATOR doesn't see the Roms.

I did see a thread with a similar problem and the person replying suggested looking for the /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/es_systems.cfg .. mine was missing so I copied it from the /etc/emulationstation ... then a reboot and still nothing.

Any advice here... all the videos and posts I've seen show this as a no-brainer, so not sure where I went wrong.

      Pi Model: 3
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.1
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website

      Thanks,
      Todd

Found the issue... I guess somewhere along the line (before I loaded ROMS), I modified this - "Parse gamelists only" ... all good for now!
