      Pi Model: (B
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.1-rpi2_rpi3
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: mouse, keyboard, controllers
Controller used: iBuffalo SNES style controller, have also tried wireless xbox360 controllers

I am able to set up the controllers in the emulation station setup, but when the games run, nothing works. When I use the xbox 360 wireless controllers, the same, but the buttons all rearrange themselves, including those I didn't set up. For example, the xbox button becomes the A button. My daughter was super excited to try out retropie, and has tried to figure out how to use the remapped buttons, and while it's humorous, it's also annoying. Ha ha!

      What have I missed?
      How can I remedy?

I installed retropie only just this week, when I received the rpi3b. I have only installed a few SNES games, and one NES game. I had tried to install a MAME game, but it doesn't show up in the menus.
